Sarah Goodson is the founder and CEO of Three Beats Consulting, providing consulting on brand strategy, marketing and business development for individuals and centers. Essentially, clients receive the benefit of an experienced CMO on a contract or project basis. With a Masters in Organizational Leadership, Sarah has served as a leader, strategist, and people developer across three major industries: entertainment, higher education, and treatment. International brands she has worked with include Disney, Style Network, World Vision, and Gallup. In spring 2018, Sarah concluded her time as National Director of Business Development for Destinations For Teens. She served on the executive board and oversaw company culture and brand development in addition to establishing their national outreach strategy. In 2016, Sarah led the company rebrand initiative. In just two years she established over $5 million in revenue, created a thriving referral relations program averaging 75% of business, and built six new programs for company and staff development.
